  Job Summary:
  
Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of experienced Lawn and Groundskeeper.  This position will be responsible for upkeep, maintenance and repair of lawns, tree, shrubs, gardens, parking areas, driveway, walkways, entrance and exits, storm drains, etc. and the maintenance of all tools and equipment used to perform the job. This includes mowing, using a weed eater, blowing leaves, trimming, picking up limbs, picking up trash and all other duties needed to maintain the beauty of the 65+ acres of grounds.  This position works outside all year round maintaining the grounds. This position also assists the Facilities Maintenance staff with lite maintenance work such as, moving furniture, set up of events, hanging signs and other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. 
 
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
 
·        Mowing, trimming, blowing 
·        Picking up sticks and trash 
·        Watering grounds and plants 
·        Maintaining equipment 
·        Assisting with Maintenance task 
·        Ability to work with all lawn equipment, climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects 
 
 Qualifications: 
 
·        Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license 
·        5-10 years groundskeeping/landscaping experience 
Education: 
 
·        GED or High School Diploma Required 
 
 Required Checks: 
 
·        Drug Screen 
·        Criminal Background Check 
·        Driver’s License Check 

Work Environment: 
 
·        Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities 
 
Physical Demands: 
 
·        Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time 
·        Climb Ladders to roof tops 
 
Compensación: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
